Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using DIY SEO Hub (the "Service"), operated by 8Examples Inc., you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

DIY SEO Hub provides self-service SEO tools, including the Site Spider, which crawls a website you specify, stores the pages and assets it fetches in a database you can download, and runs analyses on that data. Features may change, be added or be removed at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must:

  • Only crawl websites you own or are authorized to crawl on the owner's behalf.
  • Not use the Service to overload, probe or attack any website or network.
  • Not attempt to access other users' scans, accounts or data.
  • Not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.

The crawler honours robots.txt and applies page, size and rate limits. We may suspend scans or accounts that violate these terms.

4. Scans, Links and Downloads

A scan started without an account is reachable by anyone who has its private link. You are responsible for who you share that link with. Scans started while signed in, or claimed by an account, belong to that account. We may delete scan data after a reasonable retention period or when storage limits require it.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

6. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analyses are automated and may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8Examples Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept them.

8. Contact
