Frequently Asked Questions
What is DIY SEO Hub?
DIY SEO Hub is a set of free do-it-yourself SEO tools built around the Site Spider: it crawls your website, keeps every page and asset in a SQLite database you can download, and runs sixteen SEO checks on the result. Session recordings show you how visitors use your site. The one paid product is the website plan.
What does it cost?
The Site Spider is free, with or without an account, and every scan gets the same limits: up to 5,000 pages and 1,000 assets per scan, with up to 3 scans running at once. There is no paid tier that raises them. Accounts and session recordings are free too. The website plan, which rebuilds your site and fixes what the scan found, is $40 a month.
How does the Site Spider work?
Enter a domain and the crawler follows internal links, reads your sitemap, respects robots.txt and stores every page, image, script and stylesheet it fetches. The checks then run against the stored crawl: broken links, redirect chains, titles, meta descriptions, headings, indexability, sitemap coverage, image alt text, heavy assets, orphan pages and more, as often as you like. A fix plan lists what to change first.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every scan is one SQLite database with the crawl history, every fetched page and asset, the extracted titles, headings, links and images, and the tables the checks run against. Download it from the scan page and query it with any SQLite tool.
Do you offer SEO services?
Not consultancy or audits done by hand. What we offer is the website plan: we rebuild your existing site on Next.js, apply every on-page fix from your scan reports, host it, and move your domain over when you are ready. After that you edit it by chat. $40 a month, cancel anytime.
